At FORSYTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
